Terms of refund

Objections to the condition of the product

Let us know within 30 days of receiving a delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will provide you with a free return label to stick on the package.

We will refund your money no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods. Note, however, that we may withhold the refund until the goods are delivered to us. The refunds will be sent via the original payment method.

If the returned goods show physical damage, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the reimbursement. Please pack the item properly for the return shipment.
In cases of lost or stolen mail, reimbursements require filing a claim with the postal carrier and are subject to investigation before processing.
